1. What data we collect and why

When you place an order we ask for your first and last name, phone number and email address. We use them only to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it and to send an order confirmation. Your basket is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted anywhere until you place an order.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except carriers and payment providers to the extent needed to fulfil your order. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see section 5).

2. Orders and payment

An order is placed when you complete the checkout form and press "Continue". Prices are shown in US dollars and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if a title is no longer available; any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over $35; otherwise a flat fee of $4.99 applies. Delivery times depend on the destination and are typically 3–10 business days. Digital editions (PDF) are delivered by email after payment confirmation.

4. Returns and refunds

Printed books may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition for a full refund of the item price. Digital editions are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where required by law.
